Are You Sure, Cameroonians?

Remember when the Olympics, held in a western country, would be deluged with defections?  The defectors would almost always be from communist countries... the Soviet Union, East Germany, China.  But, with communism having collapsed and all those countries now being the home to some of the best economies on Earth that has all changed.

This year, with the Olympics being held in one of the worst surveillance states on Earth there weren't many defectors.  This year it was just  seven members of the Cameroon delegation, three from Sudan and one from Ethiopia... all African countries.

Ignoring for the moment that they list these people who want to be free-er (or at least think they will be) with mugshots as though they are criminals for wanting to go elsewhere - how dare tax slaves try to switch tax farms! - a quick look at the governments in the three defecting countries show that they are democratic in name but actually dictatorial, very centrally controlled and strong handed.  In each case the government steals massive amounts of the country's wealth each year.

How is that so different from the UK and the US?  In fact, that description could have fit any western country.  The main difference in the western countries - particularly the likes of the US and the UK - comes in the form of past wealth created during times when the governments were less oppressive of the free market that allowed citizens to accumulate massive amounts of wealth.

But, we caution these athletes from Cameroon, Sudan and Ethiopia that they may, in fact, be headed in the wrong direction.  It may not seem like it today to the untrained eye, but things are and will be changing drastically in the coming years as the UK, US and European governments collapse under the weight of massive debts and continue to inflate their currencies into worthlessness in an attempt to stave off the collapse just a while longer.

Even if the defecting athletes had taken a look a look around at what was going on in and around the Olympic games itself they would have seen things not so different than in their home despotic regimes.

In one instance, a father with Parkinson’s disease was arrested as he watched the Olympic cycling road race because he ‘failed to smile or look like he was enjoying himself’.  He claims that he was thrown to the floor and handcuffed just as cyclists passed by.

Meanwhile, London, the most spied upon city in the world, has around one camera for every 14 people, adding up to a total of about 422,000 in the city alone!  Many of which were installed in the mid 1980s, just in time to celebrate George Orwell's novel, 1984, coming true.  There are a total 4.2 million cameras across Britain.

The civil rights group Liberty estimates that the average Londoner is captured on camera around 300 times a day and Britain has 20 percent of the world’s CCTV cameras and only 1 percent of the world’s population.  But, not to be concerned, Cameroonians, those cameras probably won't find you.  They rarely ever solve any crimes nor have they reduced the crime rate since their installation.  That's because that is not what they are there to do... they are there to facilitate complete control of the government over the people in the coming years as the state continues to devolve into a brutal dictatorship... reminiscient of Cameroon!

Very soon, images like this in an upcoming movie called the Gray State will become all too real and maybe even make these African despotic regimes seem better in comparison.

Even if the Cameroonians have plans to make their way to France where they can speak their language and where there is a large Cameroonian population, they'll find they are just arriving to a state that is nearly communist now. France is also about to implement a top income tax rate of 75% and the rich are leaving in droves.  France, and almost every country in Europe, including the UK, have already been the recipient of brutal rioting in recent years and it will only get worse from here as the euro collapses.

So, we ask the Cameroonians, are you sure?  By the time the 2016 Olympics arrive in Rio de Janiero it could very well be the case that athletes from the US, UK, France, Spain, Greece and many more will be the potential defectors.

It's all a part of the massive paradigm shift in progress which we call the Great Transition during the final stages of The End Of The Monetary System As We Know It (TEOTMSAWKI).

To be honest, there’s not a person here at your Acapulco-based TDV crew who doubts that the “Gray State” scenario won’t come true in one form or another. That’s why we’re all so thrilled to have made our escape from the crumbling western world. It’s not just a matter of opportunity. It’s a matter of personal safety. 

Like Doug Casey often says, I’d much rather watch that chaos on my TV (or laptop) screen than out my living room window!

If you are smart enough to see the writing on the wall, and decisive enough to take action and get out of Dodge, you may also want to sever as many connections to the west as possible.  Almost every place in the world is a better option at this point - although, apparently Camaroon, Sudan and Ethiopia still are not.  

Staying in the west will keep you poor as the central bank destroys your purchasing power as the governments carpet bombs your income with taxes. Staying in the west may also put your physical well being in danger as economic and currency collapse results in food and fuel shortages...and the military police state (whose assembly has accelerated in the past ten years) and which is showing itself in full view in London drops all pretense of being there to protect the tax cows.
