There’s not much time left to apply for FREE attendance to Mises Canada’s second Rothbard University. The event is a 3-day collection of lectures, courses, and engaged discourse about the Austrian school of economics, led by dynamic thinkers such as Walter Block, David Howden, Glenn Fox, and Douglas French.
Rothbard University will improve upon the great strides we made in our inaugural program as the first instructional program of its kind in Canada, led by dynamic thinkers such as David Howden, Glenn Fox, Walter Block, Shawn Ritenour, and Pierre Desrochers.
Rothbard University will allow you to meet fellow-minded individuals, new friends and establish a network that you can draw on the rest of your life. Share your experiences and learn from others, all in the environment surrounded by like-minded aspiring Austrian economists. All accepted students will attend for free, including accommodations and meals.
Costs
There is no tuition fee for Rothbard University for students who are accepted. All students who are accepted on full scholarship will receive complimentary admission to all sessions, lectures, refreshment breaks, a double-occupancy dormitory room for 4 nights on the campus of Toronto University, and all meals. Students are required to arrange for and pay any costs associated with travel.
Non-Students
Just as with last year’s inaugural program, we’ve opened the event to the public. Non-students are welcome to register to attend for only $500 for the full program or $200 for one day. Register as a non-student now.

Last week we commented on how activists in New York had gotten around the government removal of an Edward Snowden statue by replacing his image with a hologram.
In the constant battle between the free market and its evil nemesis, government, the stakes were raised dramatically in Spain a few days later!
For those unaware, the fasco-communist government in Spain has been systematically destroying the economy and as its citizenry gets more unemployed (unemployment has been between 20-30% for the last few years) and upset the government has become incredibly tyrannical.

Tomorrow in the US is the last day for tax slaves to pay their extortion fees.
It's a day, as a Permanent Tourist/Prior Taxpayer (PT), on which I remember how lucky I am to legally not have to pay income tax in any jurisdiction. But, I realize it is a painful day for many. In a way it is painful for me, also, to know that millions are being forced at gunpoint to hand over a large amount of their income to the biggest terrorist organization on Earth (the definition of terrorism being ” the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes”
), the US federal government.

But, his project is much more than just a libertarian enclave. Rather, it's a big step forward for freedom on Planet Earth. Liberland is a new European country founded upon the principles of freedom, and that’s why I’ve applied for citizenship just three days after its founding.
