US Government Murdering Americans With Impunity: Lavoy Finicum Just Latest Example

Americans are slowly waking up to living under the supervision of a tyrannical police state.

Americans at home and abroad are finding their biggest threat is their own government which, bankrupt beyond measure (the most indebted country in human history), is doing what many governments do when they run out of money… imprisoning and killing many of its own citizens in an attempt to retain power.

When the Pentagram is not blowing up wedding parties of women and children in Afghanistan and Syria, US federal and local police are involved in the same kinds of assaults domestically via SWAT teams and shoot-to-kill criminal assaults. Homeland Security has provided police forces around the country with the latest in military gear that has been “cast off” by US overseas troops.

This time it was the FBI in concert with the Oregon police who killed Lavoy Finicum in cold blood (while many in the country cheered, which is truly the scary part).

Finicum was shot after he drove off the road into deep snow to avoid hitting several cars placed in the road by the FBI and Oregon police. A video taken from a low flying plane shows Finicum getting out of the car with his hands up and then reaching down toward his waist, at which point he is shot and killed by overseers (officers) surrounding him.

The issue was about the federal government’s claim of Western lands. Altogether the US federal government claims up to one-third or more of the entire US, mostly in the West. There is no constitutional provision for federal land ownership and many federal claims are disputed by local residents.

The Bureau of Land Management is the culprit in the depredations and illegal takeovers in the West. The tensions are heightened by a suspicion that various United Nations programs are being implemented by the BLM, which is seen as an enforcing UN mandates to clear out the population from the Western half of the US in order to return the land to the “wild” –  while exploiting underground commodity resources for a variety of corrupt, private interests, many overseas.

The BLM is viewed by many as one of the more corrupt institutions of the federal government, though US citizens generally view the federal government as deeply corrupt. A recent survey by researchers at Chapman University found that the top fear was federal government corruption at a level of nearly 60 percent.

The corruption fears are part of a larger perception that the US government is out of control and a permanent danger to the life and liberties of its citizens.

For instance, just recently, an activist named John Lang was stabbed and killed in his home only one week after writing on Twitter that the police in his area were determined to kill him. Lang had been accusing the local police of various forms of corruption including, apparently, manufacturing evidence to put away “child molesters” – even when the individuals were not doing anything wrong. Lang’s house was also set on fire.

In a recent article, “Police Are More Dangerous To The Public Than Are Criminals,” former Reagan administration official Paul Craig Roberts writes the following:

At the state and local level every American faces brutal, armed psychopaths known as the police. The “law and order” conservatives and the “compassionate” liberals stand silent while police psychopaths brutalize children and grandmothers, murder double amputees in wheel chairs, break into the wrong homes, murder the family dogs, and terrify the occupants, pointing their automatic assault weapons in the faces of small children.  The American police perform no positive function. They pose a much larger threat to citizens than do the criminals who operate without a police badge. Americans would be safer if the police forces were abolished. 

The police have been militarized and largely federalized by the Pentagon and the gestapo Homeland Security. The role of the federal government in equipping state and local police with military weapons, including tanks, and training in their use has essentially removed the police from state and local control. No matter how brutal any police officer, it is rare that any suffer more than a few months suspension, usually with full pay, while a report is concocted that clears them of any wrong doing.  In America today, police murder with impunity.

In this same article, Roberts makes the point that, “Police in the US commit more crimes and acts of violence against the public than do the criminals who do not wear badges.” He elaborates with 2010  FBI crime statistics that claim there were 1,246,248 violent crimes committed by people without police badges. “However, police assaults are both more numerous and more dangerous, as it is usually a half dozen overweight goon thugs beating and tasering one person.”

It’s not just police murders. The political structure of the US more and more resembles that of an out-of-control mafia (the only difference between mafia and government is size) with the Clinton White House offering a prime example. During the Clinton years, lists of dead Clinton associates circulated on the internet. The causes of death included a high rate of heart attack intermingled with airplane crashes.

Former Clinton mistress Sally Miller is about to publish a “tell all” book about her affair with Bill Clinton while he was governor of Arkansas. In it she alludes to the Mena, Arkansas operation that funded black ops for the CIA via cocaine trafficking – a project Clinton was deeply involved in.

Miller has tweeted that if she turns up dead it is not via suicide. She will have been murdered and seems to expect that such a fate is at least a possibility if not probable.

Lavoy, Lang and Miller are just a few examples of what is going on daily in the US.  The government is regularly murdering people.

Interestingly, the Black Lives Matter people have not said anything about Lavoy Finicum putting his hands up and then being shot by police.  And, likewise, militiamen and the patriot movement say nothing in particular when inner city blacks are being eradicated on  a daily basis by the government.

As always, as long as the government can keep people divided then they can continue on with their tyranny and control unmolested.  Both sides, and all Americans, need to realize their real enemy is the US federal government and more specifically the shadowy group of international bankers that have controlled and owned it since 1913.

In the meantime, I stay out of the US… not because it is so dangerous, which it is… but just because I find it too unfree for my liking.  It's the same reason I don't spend a lot of time in North Korea.

I much prefer spending time in a much safer and freer place, Mexico.

The best way we can honor those already killed as well as those soon to be murdered by the US military and policing machine is to learn how to live our lives freely and independently of the larger machine of “domestic society.”

What Western governments generally fear these days as they bring down freedom’s curtain is generalized civil disobedience that will gradually erode federal authority. The more people that drop out and seek full-fledged independence, the less effective the current authoritarian environment becomes.

Civil disobedience and independent living are far more than a preoccupation of a few now. It’s the next wave of survival for local communities and all those who value the ability to “life free in an unfree world.”
