Jeff Berwick on the Shemitah, Economic Collapse, Media Hoaxes and Expatriation
I had the pleasure of being on PressResetEarth this weekend.
Of course we had to talk about the markets, recent crashes and the upcoming Shemitah now that we are just one day away from the month of September.
In addition, however, we talked about mass media trickery and misdirection and got into expatriating and good places to get outside of the US including talking about life in Mexico with perhaps the funniest part being when he mentioned that he thinks life in Mexico is “inconvenient because there aren't stores everywhere” right as a delivery driver had just dropped off a pack of cigarettes to me from the local corner store here in Acapulco and my driver had just gotten me a mocha frappucino (one of my only unhealthy indulgences nowadays) from Starbucks.

As an interesting side note, this article recently came out in the Economic Times, “How Shemitah, end of Jewish calendar cycle, spooks market“, said the following:
“From the US to India, from the UK to Japan, Shemitah (also written as Shemittah and Shemita) is now one of the top trending terms on Google. On August 24 and August 25, on the Google Trends search, ‘Shemitah' had a score of 100, which means 10% or more of all the searches from that region was for this particular word. A YouTube video on the topic (Shemitah Exposed) that was uploaded about two months ago and deals with an impending financial collapse has already been seen 1.1 million times.”
In fact, even my own name is one of the top trending searched terms on Google as well:
So, we seem to be getting a lot of attention!
